What is the cancellation policy?
- Less than 24 hours before the start of the rental: you will not get a refund.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the rental: you will receive a refund of 25% of the rental amount, excluding service fees.
- Between 48 and 72 hours before the start of the rental: you will receive a refund of 50% of the rental amount, excluding service fees.
- More than 72 hours before the start of the rental: you will receive a full refund of the rental amount, excluding service fees.
- The service fee depends on the individual booking and totals at least 10 €.
