What renters say about the bikes in Assen

Anke

We are super satisfied with the service from listnride. The crew was young and very friendly and helpful. The bikes were ready to go; we could start right away. We had rented Sushi E Bikes, which rode very well. Also the delivery went without problems. All in all we can only recommend listnride and will certainly use the service again.

Erik

I used ListNRide in June 2019 to rent a bike for the 300km Vätternrundan in Sweden. As a Swede living abroad, I found the ListNRide service excellent and really convenient as I could travel hassle free and everything was taken care of. Thank you very much for your support!

Stefan

I recently discovered ListNRide, uploaded my 3 racing bikes, and now I regularly rent them out. The great thing about it is to meet cool people, with whom I also go for a ride.

Alex

I didn't have a proper gravel bike with bigger tyres for the Border Bash, so I used ListNRide to find and rent one. The handover process was seamless and I got some unforgettable memories climbing the steep gravel paths of the Bohemian Switzerland!

Katja

Thank you very much for the opportunity to test the Gravel bike of this little known manufacturer (Genesis Bikes) in Germany! The rental company also provided us with a GPS track, which led us to corners of Cologne, where we could test the many possibilities of this bike.

Carsten Wien, Schicke Mütze

For us, at the Schicke Mütze, it is important that we can offer our bikes in an uncomplicated way and that the handling of the rental process is in professional hands. ListNRide is therefore a perfect partner for this.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel your booking, the following applies:

72 hours or more before the start of the rental: full refund, including the service fee and Basic Protection.
48 to 72 hours before the start: refund of 75% of the rental price.
24 to 48 hours before the start: refund of 50% of the rental price.
8 to 24 hours before the start: refund of 25% of the rental price.
Less than 8 hours before the start: no refund of the rental price.

If you cancel less than 72 hours before the start, the service fee and Basic Protection are not refunded, while delivery and the lister's extras are refunded in full. If the lister cancels, you always get the full amount back.

How do I contact the lister?

You can message the Lister through the chat on "My bookings" once you have submitted your booking request. You can cancel it free of charge as long as it is not confirmed.

How can I pay for my booking?

Before you can request a bike, you need to enter your payment details so the amount can be reserved. Payment only takes place after the Lister has accepted your request. If you withdraw the request beforehand or the Lister rejects it, your account will not be debited. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal as payment methods. We're working on more options though - check back soon.

What happens if my rental bike is stolen or damaged?

Every rental in the European Economic Area includes Basic Protection from ListNRide. Its price depends on the rental period and the bike's value. ListNRide pays a fixed share of the costs for theft, for repairs (including scratches and dents) and for lost accessories, twice as much with Protection Plus. You'll find all amounts in the Protection Terms. Basic Protection is a ListNRide service, not an insurance policy. The lister should give you a suitable lock. Always lock the bike to a fixed object, and ideally keep it in a locked room overnight. If something happens, please report it to us right away.
