Natural light
Shoot outdoors or in a bright place without harsh direct sunlight. Soft light makes the frame, tires and details look much better.
Place the bike with intention
- Keep the background as simple as possible so nothing distracts from the bike.
- Place the bike slightly away from a wall or calm surface so it stands out clearly.
- Align the handlebar, pedals and frame neatly and remove visible dirt before taking the photo.
Show the bike from the right angles
- The main photo should be taken as parallel to the bike as possible.
- Shoot in landscape format so the bike has more room to shine.
- Leave some breathing space around the tires and handlebar instead of cropping too tightly.
