Your plans may change, be aware of our cancellation policy. Your cancellation will impact the planning of the lister, hence it is fair to offer a compensation to the lister.
How do I cancel a booking?
To cancel a booking, go to My Bookings, select the booking you want to cancel, then tap the button “Cancel Booking” and follow the steps on your screen. You can cancel a booking anytime. However, the refund amount depends on the timing of your cancellation and the start of your rental booking. You can find our cancellations policy in the Terms and Conditions.
Will I get a refund of the ListNRide fee?
The ListNRide service fee is not refundable if you cancel the rental after it has been confirmed.
What happens if I am sick and want to cancel my booking?
In case your rental can’t take place due to sickness, the same cancellation policy applies, we therefore advise you to try to find an alternative date and postpone your rental.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
The refund amount depends on the timing of your cancellation and the start of your rental booking.
The following policy applies:
1. Less than 24 hours prior to the rental start: you won’t get a refund. The Lister has kept your bike aside and can no longer rent it out. The Lister will receive a normal payout.
2. Between 24 and 48 hours prior to the rental start: you will get a refund of 25% of the rental amount, excluding the service fee. With this short lead time the Lister might find a new customer, however unlikely. The Lister will receive a 75% pay-out.
3. Between 48 and 72 hours prior to the rental start: you will get a refund of 50% of the rental amount, excluding the service fee. The lister might be able to find a new customer in some cases for the bike that was reserved for you.
4. More than 72 hours prior to the rental start: you will get a full refund of the rental amount, excluding the service fee. The lister should be able to find a new customer for the bike that was reserved for you.
What happens when the Lister cancels my booking?
It might happen that the bike you have booked is not available due to a last minute issue (damages etc). In this case the lister will cancel the booking and a full refund will be paid to you.
